Medium Pressure Carbon Steel Fan

       1. Material: carbon steel. The material resists corrosive gases and liquids; stainless steel also offers good temperature resistance.

2. The fan consists mainly of an impeller, casing, inlet and motor, using stainless steel with an internal anti-corrosion coating for heat and corrosion resistance.

3. Twelve backward-inclined airfoil blades are welded between a curved shroud and a flat backplate, providing high efficiency, low noise and high strength. Static and dynamic balancing ensure smooth operation.

4. The double-layer base simplifies maintenance without removing the anchor bolts.

5. Special shaft sealing prevents leakage of toxic and hazardous gases.

6. The one-piece casing increases structural strength.

7. A bell-mouth inlet improves airflow and reduces noise. A clearance of less than 5 mm between the inlet bell and impeller minimizes performance losses, while line contact reduces crystal deposits on the inlet bell.

8. The inlet has an integral converging, streamlined structure bolted to the inlet side of the casing.

   Computer-based stress and strain analysis improves structural strength. Impeller dynamic balancing meets grade G2.5 of JB/T 9101, and assembled-unit vibration meets the 4.5 mm/s requirement of JB/T 8689 or better, reducing vibration-related failure risks and supporting a safer workplace。

          Suitable for high-temperature furnaces, ovens, hot-air circulation systems, kitchen equipment, industrial, food and chemical machinery, and food drying.
