Product Commitment:

          Efficient Fan has comprehensive production facilities, advanced processes and testing equipment. The entire manufacturing process is monitored according to ISO90001 quality system requirements, using advanced materials.

     1. Fan casing: Showa  901 vinyl ester resin, Taishan/Jushi fiberglass and a marine-grade corrosion- and UV-resistant coating；  

     2. Fan impeller: Showa  901 vinyl ester resin (optional FRP resin rated for 120°C)；

     3. Frame: channel steel coated with Taiwan Rainbow paint; three sandblasting/rust-removal treatments, two anti-corrosion coats and one topcoat；

     4. Bearing brands: NSK/SKF；

     5. Drive assembly: pulleys removable without hammering and Jiangsu Chuangming couplings；

     6. Belt brand ：Imported belts, Japanese Mitsuboshi brand；

     7. Fan seal: corrosion-resistant wool felt disc seal；   

     8. Motor: ABB、TECO, Wannan and other established brands； 

     9. Vibration isolators: double-layer base, Zhaoshanchen stainless steel vibration isolators ；  

    10. Noise: can be controlled below 70 dB；  

    11. Unit vibration rating: meets the 2.5 mm/s grade of ISO 2372；

    12. Impeller balance rating: meets the 2.5 mm/s grade of ISO 1940

    13. Guards: standard belt guard, motor rain cover and bearing housing cover.  

   After-sales Service Commitment:

    1. Product warranty: 24 months from the factory dispatch date.

    2. During the warranty period, manufacturing-related faults receive free on-site repair service.

   3. After the warranty expires, repair services remain available at preferential rates.

   4. During the service warranty period, we respond to repair requests within 10 minutes and resolve problems within 24 hours, providing recommended corrective actions.

   5. We assist customers with training and demonstrations so operators understand product functions, operating methods and safety precautions, and follow up regularly on equipment use.
