Corrosion-resistant Centrifugal Fan
Product Features |
1. The fan consists of FRP parts (impeller, volute casing and inlet cone), bearing housing, steel frame assembly and motor drive.
a. Impeller: blades, backplate and front shroud made of vinyl ester FRP;
b. Casing: housing and outlet made of vinyl ester FRP.
c. Inlet and volute: integral FRP construction at the fan side, with a curved axial profile for smooth entry into the impeller and low losses.
d. Bearing housing: integral oil-bath housing, precisely aligned drive and oil-bath cooling
e. Motor: horizontal motor with a rain cover.
2、Corrosion-resistant Centrifugal FanHigh aerodynamic efficiency, low noise and strong corrosion resistance.
3、Corrosion-resistant Centrifugal FanOperating medium: −20°C to 80°C, relative humidity ≤100% and dust concentration ≤100 mg/m³.
